Sizing — how to pick
The MAX belt is one size and fits waists from 29″ (75 cm) to 55″ (140 cm), so only the support belt needs choosing. Pick by body weight: S/M 100–165 lbs (45–75 kg), M/L 165–190 lbs (75–85 kg), XL/2XL 190–255 lbs (85–115 kg), 3XL/4XL 255–320 lbs (115–145 kg). Between two sizes, go up — the belt is meant to sit firm, not to squeeze.

Decompression alone lasts until you stand up. Support alone never makes the space in the first place. Use them together and each one covers the other’s gap.
You wrap it round the lower back and turn the two handles. The modules push up against the ribcage and down against the pelvis, pulling the lumbar vertebrae apart along their own axis. That axial separation is what lifts load off the discs and the facet joints behind them.

Why do I need two belts instead of one?
Because they solve two different halves of the same problem. The MAX belt pulls the lumbar vertebrae apart along their axis and takes load off the discs — but the moment you stand up and go about your day, gravity and posture start loading them again. The support belt carries part of that load for you so the space you just made survives the working day. One without the other is why most people say decompression didn’t work for them.
How long is a session and how often?
15 minutes, lying down, once a day. Most people do it in the morning so the day starts decompressed, or in the evening in front of the TV. You can do a second session on a bad day — there is no dose to exceed.
Do I wear the support belt all day, every day?
No. Wear it for the loaded hours: the commute, the desk block, the lifting, the long shop. Take it off when you are resting, so your own lumbar muscles keep doing their job. A support belt is a tool for load, not a corset.

The support belt does — it is made from eyelet fabric and sits flat enough for a jumper or a work shirt. The MAX belt does not: it has rigid lift modules and is meant for your 15 minutes lying down, not for wearing out of the house.
Does it hurt?
No. The MAX pull is gradual and you control it with the handles — you turn until you feel the stretch, not past it. If anything sharpens, you back it off. The support belt should feel firm, never pinching.
How soon will I notice anything?
The first session usually feels like something immediately: pressure lifting, easier to straighten up. What takes a couple of weeks is the relief lasting — that is the part the support belt buys you.
